  We ordered a bucket of fries and ice cream, but when we received it, the fries were cold and soggy and ice cream was melted . When we asked for a replacement, they did replace them.

  I really enjoyed this location. It was huge and had a playplace! The staff were not as friendly as I would like but they were busy and still pleasant. I would come back to this one for sure!

  The service is extremely poor. The staff did not offer a greeting; the employee who took my order at 5:32 AM was unfriendly and—with an irritated expression—failed to say hello. The manager standing behind him also failed to offer a greeting, despite the fact that I greeted them both without receiving any response. Furthermore, the employee did not provide me with my receipt bad super bad

  No electrical outlets for customers any longer .. That's $20 per visit that you'd otherwise get that you won't because I will never set foot in this McDonald's again. Also the "ORDER AT THE KIOSK BANNER" IS VERY OFF-PUTTING. HEY MANAGER DID YOU KNOW THERE IS WELL KNOWN GLITCH IN MCDONALD'S KIOSK THAT customers CANNOT ORDER Combo MEALS W A LARGE DRINK... IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. That's why your regular register ordering by a human is still necessary AS MCDONALD'S WILL NOT MAKE THE SIMPLE FIX IN ITS ORDERING SOFTWARE FOR THE KIOSK, though they've known of this issue since they came out with the kiosks.
