  Friday night 1am. Bad service. Ignoring drive thru and took more than 20 minutes to deliver a mobile order with just 1 car infront of me. Staff were having fun and working unmotivated. Laughing and chatting instead of working.

  The food is fine but the service is terrible. Every single time I go to this location, I am ignored in some capacity. Pull up to the speaker and after waiting for a full minute, they answer just to tell me to wait. That's fine, I do... for three more minutes. A truck pulls up in the other lane and gets their order taken immediately. I'm still waiting. This has happened multiple times. Another time, I go straight to the window, as there was something wrong with my order and no one else in line. I am ignored for 6 whole minutes. I make eye contact with one of the girls, she continued to pretend she didn't see me. They only ever acknowledged me because another car had pulled up behind mine. All of this just for my issue to not be resolved. These ladies had no way of knowing what I needed as they blissfully ignored me. I could've been disabled and in need of assistance ordering. I hope to God that no deaf person ever has to suffer this drive thru, because they will be ignored 100%. The girls at the window make me feel like an inconvenience. This is not a one time occurrence, it is a repeated issue.
