  I'd give anything for them to quit putting my creamer and equal in the coffee when requested. Absolutely anything. Not sure why, but then I get additional cream and sugar in the bag.

  I had to wait 3-5 minutes before getting any assistance. EVERYONE IGNORED ME and I finally had to ask the manager who was was very rude and short and uncaring and everyone SAW ME! YOU HELPED EVERY WHITE AND LATINO PERSON! NOT THIS BLACK WOMAN! I was simply doordashing. DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY PEOPLE ARE COLOR ARE TREATING BLACK PEOPLE IN TEXAS! reaching out to corporate

  the food is pretty fine, but the service is actual dog crap. almost everytime we go, they either mess up the order or don’t give us everything. this last time we got 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. they forgot 2 burgers and a fry (not to mention the sauces we PAID FOR). we had to drive all the way back and they didn’t even give us a refund, free something, etc. AND they are just rude in general.
