I’m really disappointed with my experience. The customer service was rude and unhelpful from the start—no greeting, no patience, and it felt like I was an inconvenience just for placing an order.
On top of that, the sandwich itself was poorly made. The presentation was sloppy, with ingredients unevenly thrown together—it looked rushed and careless. For a place that’s supposed to be known for quality and speed, this was far below expectations. The food itself has potential, but the staff clearly needs better training in making the sandwiches and coaching in customer service.
Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location.

First time here and George made my experience unpleasant. He was at the door sweeping when I walked up and I thought they were closed by the way he just stared at me thru the door. He did not greet me at all and barely moved out of the way for me to come in. I asked if they were open and he just said yeah and looked at me like an idiot. Thankfully his co worker Matthew was pleasant , and made sure I received my food. Hey George, be more like Matthew.
