I see some of the previous reviews and it seems maybe there’s been a shift. Because the service was amazing from the moment I stepped in, even while we were seated. My food was seasoned so well, fresh, and well done like I ordered. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had a wingstop!!

I wanted to leave a great review for this Wingstop Location. When I arrived the staff got me my pick up order and I decided to dine in. When I told them that they double checked that I had everything to enjoy a great meal. Then towards the end of my meal the cashier checked on me to make sure everything was great and even offered to take my trash for me. While I know they don’t get paid to be wait staff those two small check-ins caught were so nice while my common interactions at quick serve restaurants are generally met with no interaction or human element from the staff. Thanks Wingstop for hiring and training people to be kind humans and provide great customer service. A little goes a long way.

It used to be a good location with great service, but not anymore. The employees working at this branch seem completely uninterested in their jobs. As soon as I place an order, I hear comments like “OMG, that’s a big order,” which is extremely unprofessional.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time, the cashier asked me if my order was going to be big, as if she didn’t want to take it. I considered making a complaint then but chose not to. Unfortunately, today she did the same thing again, making me feel unwelcome at this location. I was a walk-in customer, but I could clearly see how poorly she treated delivery drivers as well.
This will be my last time visiting this location unless the service improves and the staff receives proper customer-service training.
