When you order bone in you get boneless, food was extremely cold, ordered a meal and get boneless wings. I’d save yourself the head ache! The young lady did t ask my name to see if my order was ready, she immediately asked who was there to place and order allowing customers that came in long after me to pace and order. There is absolutely no structure at this location and clearly the staff is to youn go and don’t have a store manager to correct the unprofessional way there staff act. The music is extremely loud the place is is not that clean like the las colinas location. I will never go back and will be also doing on a BBB review

When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available, and when I asked about a refund, they said they had no idea. The staff then laughed and giggled while walking away, which was very unprofessional. This was extremely disappointing service, and I will be back tomorrow to get the wings I paid for. Don't wanna hassle for the refund.
