So I did not get to order any food. Let me preface this by saying the previous night I had no issues, walking inside at around 11:52 P.M. according to my previous receipt. But tonight, I walk in at approximately 10:50 P.M. an hour earlier than the previous night, and instead of being greeted calmly and applogetically, I am greeted by attitude with a, "The dining room is closed, we are only open for drive through." as if I didn't pass 2 people already seated and enjoying their meal. I am staying at a nearby hotel, if I wanted to drive the 100 feet to get fast food, I would not drive to whataburger, I would and now am going to drive to somewhere else to get food tonight. Strictly because of the attitude of one of your people.

I work close by so I come often just wanna say Esmeralda and the night crew are amazing workers food is always ready even if there is a wait she or her coworkers are very tentative to ALL guests hands down best food place around.

Went through the drive through they had us pull to the side. We waited over 20 mins for our food. I went inside to ask about our order and it had not been made yet. Employees did not seem concerned. I asked for a refund. Horrible customer service.

I was born and raised in Dallas,Texas . In 2017, I decided to move to Florida. When they say you don't know what you have until it's gone, this is it. Every single time I come back, the first place I visit besides my mom's is Whataburger, religiously . What i'm trying to say is I miss Whataburger, like I miss my family.. i know it sounds absurd, but it's true. As always , my meal was incredibly delicious.The staff was incredible, I love and miss you Whataburger. Until next time my beloved <3

If I could give this place a fat 0 i would. I came after work at 7:20 and have been waiting as of writing im in the parking lot at 8:18pm still waiting! The girl at the window had no clue what she was doing, when we paid she never gave a us a receipt, and then when we pulled up to the flag pole like she asked we waited ALMOST AN HOUR my boyfriend went to check what was going on and they said they gave our food to the wrong people…the food i spent $40 on to the wrong PEOPLE! ALSO they lied about having no drinks at the speaker she said only water tea or lemonade I said lemonade we pull up she says theres no lemonade either I then tell her water is fine, when my boyfriend went inside he told me he saw all the usual drinks working and full.
