Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Just now ordered a strawberry shake from here and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The shake seemed like it had been prepared well in advance, as it was overly icy and had separated into an ice-water consistency. The flavor was diluted, and it lacked the creamy texture and fresh taste I usually expect.

I ordered a #7 (whataburger Jr w cheese no onions) meal & a side of gravy. The guy had a hard time understanding "a side of gravy". My burger had mayo instead of mustard. Then he repeated my order & it was so screwed up... where he got mayo & well done is anyones guess. This place ALWAYS messes up my order. It had been a few years since I've been here. I thought MAYBE, just maybe the service had improved. But I guess not. I won't be back to THIS location.

This place here is extremely rude the management doesn't care the staff are rude you have to wait 30 minutes for a 2 item order and the staff is taking breaks they are giggling and playing while im waiting for my food to get cold the whole restaurant needs to be rearranged the whole team fired and bring in employees who care about the customers
