They lost my order and when I said something about it, she immediately got defensive and combative with me. She tried to blame the screw up on the “unusual” amount of orders she had piling up. Welcome to the customer service industry. If you can’t handle it, then figure out a way to IMPROVE YOURSELF or move on to something else. Don’t burden the customers with your horrible attitude and lackluster skills. She’s lucky my order was correct otherwise I would have been even more upset. Oh, if you try saying just ONE word to her, she cuts you off and gets defensive. Get her more training to fix this issue or move on to someone else.

All restaurants for people touching food and money and rubbing or touching other thing beside food 🤔. What happen to gloves. I'll never go back here.
