I asked the counter person what kind of buritos they have and gow much. He replied so many ,and went back into food preparation area without helping me. After 10 minutes he returned to attend another customer.Then I ordered chicken chalupas for take out. He brought them in a trey for dine in. I told him they are for take out. He put them in paper bag and said have a good day.That is my strange experience.

This level of service is disappointing, and the management should seriously address the quality and conduct of the staff.

I had to sit in the drive-through for over 45 minutes just to get a simple order, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. The line barely moved, the service felt disorganized, and by the time I finally got my food, I was completely over it. The slow service and lack of urgency really make this location stand out—in a bad way. I’ve had better experiences at every other Taco Bell nearby. I won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon.
