    The staff is always understaffed at lunch hour. I ordered on line to pick up. It told me it will be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store and still had to wait another 20 minutes because they had not made my order.

    It took an excruciating 20 minutes to order a sandwich here because no one speaks English. I was the sole customer, so the store wasn’t particularly busy, but the lack of communication made it feel like an eternity. To add insult to injury, four women were standing back there chattering in Spanish, completely ignoring the only customer they had. The atmosphere was utterly dreadful. On top of that, they overcharged me by $5.00. Since I couldn’t communicate with them, there was no way to rectify the situation. In my opinion, it’s best to steer clear of this place and head to Jersey Mikes instead.

    I called at 8:00 PM and was told they were open. When I arrived at 8:20 PM, the place was already closed — and this was on a Monday. Their online hours say they’re open until 9 PM. Very disappointing.

    Ordered food from here twice , back to back Thursday October 30th and Friday October 30th Thursday they forgot to give my door dasher my drink . Friday they made my sandwich wrong and gave me the wrong cookies , not only were they the wrong cookies but they were old tasting and hard , I didn’t even eat it , took two bites and threw them away . Y’all need to do better .
