Such a pathetic service. I had just made a order but both bread and bacon were not toasted. It was very cold and just a waste of money. If you can not provide good customer service, then dont take the order.

RUN FAST. AWAY FROM THIS STORE,
I went to this Subway location to pick up three online orders I had placed, all scheduled for 7:00 PM. When I arrived, I was told the orders weren’t ready and that it would be “just a minute” because the store was flooded with online orders. I waited for almost one and a half hours while employees continued preparing orders with later pickup times, including some scheduled for 7:45 PM. When I politely asked for my overdue orders to be prepared first, the staff were dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying “give me a moment,” which turned into a 90-minute wait. When I finally picked up the sandwiches and checked them at home, all three were made incorrectly. The order slips listed the correct ingredients, but the bread was wrong and the sandwiches were not built as ordered. Because this was not my regular Subway location and I had already waited so long, I did not return to the counter to address the mistakes . I attempted to call the store the next morning and no one answered. I called Subway customer care and no option to speak with anyone. Just a message related to giftcards. This experience was extremely frustrating, and the service and order quality were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store

Old Lady In front Desk.
I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences at this Subway location. One of the employees often seems overwhelmed and panicked, and it affects the entire ordering process. Instead of helping customers smoothly, the situation creates confusion and slows everything down.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of ownership from the staff during busy times. Other employees who are ready to take orders end up waiting while this one person blocks the flow. It makes the whole visit stressful and inefficient.
Management really needs to step in — either provide proper training or adjust responsibilities so customers can get served quickly and respectfully. Right now, the service experience is far below what it should be.

The older Hispanic lady working there in the morning was incredibly rude. I ordered the Meal of the Day Chicken Bacon Ranch for Thursday, and she proceeded to shake her head and say no it already changed that’s not the meal anymore. I pointed to the glass in front of me that said it was Thursday’s meal, and looked at two signs directly above her indicating that. She argued that no it’s not correct anymore they need to change it, that she doesn’t know why the manager didn’t change it it’s their fault, and went to pull down the glass window to remove the sticker. Then she was pointing at each of the days, paused when she likely realized she was wrong, and then stopped pulling the sticker off and just told me - ok I’ll make it for you anyway. I asked what the meal today was then, and she said no I’ll make it. 😆. At that point I wasn’t sure whether to laugh or be upset at her rudeness. After sticking my sandwich in the oven she then started ringing me up which I thought was odd, because she had no idea what else I wanted at that point. She just said my total and handed me a drink and said “this is the size you can get today” without asking anything else. Anyway, I paid at that point and then she called me back over for my toppings to finish my sandwich. Unfortunately I couldn’t add anything else, and she just handed me my sandwich with no receipt. I then stopped her to ask for 2 cookies instead of chips and she got upset and said I need to tell her that before she rings me up now she needs to update her system, and said fine you can have them. Very strange. Walked out and at that point didn’t bother asking for a receipt again, though I did want to call Customer Service. I figured a Google Review would at least make it known how poor the service was. You’re better off going to the other subway a couple miles away. Good luck!

They did very good job! Love their sandwiches! Very spacious area. Nice personnel. Huge parking lot! Easy access. Very healthy choice especially after productive work out. It's only one fast food chain restaurant with super healthy and delicious meal!
