Heard this place got better so came to order. No tap to pay. Great to find out when my food is ready and in front of me that I can't buy it with an extremely common payment method. I like to tip too but I guess the decision-maker in charge of these things hates money. Oh well. Still hungry, can't give stars for no service. What do you expect?

I ordered cheese sticks. They asked me what sauce I want and then they forgot the sauce in the bag and then asked for extra ketchup and I only got two. And then I asked for a cherry limeade which should’ve had cherries. And there was no cherries.

Crazy work. The manager literally smokes weed outside kept smelling it while I was parked and I drive to back and see bro just smoking. Unprofessional im also contacting HR

Typical fast food. However the drive in experience is being taken over by mobile apps. Drive ins have a mystic about them with the call button and ordering from the driver side menu. Nearly half the spaces were taken by these online order spots. The other issue is the payment with a credit card. There is no opportunity to provide a tip on the bill for the server via my card. That is ridiculous.

I ordered ahead on the app and got a Route 44 Coke with easy ice, regular cherry and vanilla and it is currently 18 minutes since I got the order confirmation when I checked in at the stall and I have yet to receive my drink. I called the store twice and no one answered. Others who only had one drink arrived after me and received their drink. If you want quick, respectful service, go to another location or restaurant entirely.
