  Went here me and a friend she ordered a T bone steak I ordered a New York strip, that whole experience was terrible, I will never eat there again, the waiter wasn't a good waiter he was not professional dreadlocks hair down the center of his back street clothes, steak was so terrible the manager gave the money to the waiter to give to me and he kept some of it without me knowing hopefully he used it to look more appropriate when it come to his appearance. I guess he needed my money more than I did. That tells you a lot about Saltgrass at this location waiter stealing customer money this one place will never get my business again, went there hungry left hungry. The steaks was not cook right, never had that problem at Longhorn or Texas road house. No more Saltgrass for me

  Mediocre fare. I had a brisket burger, hold the onion. The brisket was okay, the burger was okay, but there was little else besides the bun. A lone pickle slice buried under the meat. Minimal sauce. It could have used a bit of lettuce, tomato maybe, unless you just want meat and bread. The fries were the star of the show. I was not impressed overall. I'm sure that there are better menu items.

  Ordered $50 worth of food! Caesar salad was extremely welted. I drove 15 min back. Manger didn’t say sorry. Only I can fix the salad & give you another one. No concern that now fried food is cold.. baked potato now cold.. steak now cold. Did noticed fried onion rings were basically crumbs.. not big complete rings. They were now cold once I got back home so not edible. Check your food on pick orders. This is the second time!

  First time here, and ordered a Wagon Boss center cut sirloin steak 8oz w/ a side of truffle fries & brussel sprouts. Brussels sprouts tasted okay , were cooked for longer than necessary as it was crunchy. I requested the truffle fries to be made extra crispy, and they did not meet accommodations, as the fries were limp and tasted almost undercooked. I ordered the sirloin steak to be made medium cooked , and it tasted bland. Waiter was nice and attentive. Overall, not impressed w/ the food

  First time coming here. The staff were very friendly indeed. A very calm vibing place. The place was separated on one area you have a red deemed dining area and to the main center is like a sports bar mixed with cracker barrel table set up on a Saturday morning. Then you have the sushi bar that you see at a neighborhood market. The bat itself gave you a feeling of cheddar's bar welcoming yet lonely waiting for a single person to come drink after a long day. Then you have the small section towards the left side of the building. That's a cracker barrel experience it felt like an upgrade to first class. Anyways steaks needed more flavor. Meat very tinder and dry in some areas. The loaded potato. Very loaded with water and no flavor. The skin of the potato was dryer than the Dallas Cowboys playoffs appearances. The potato itself overcooked. The fries you guessed it no flavor as well. Too much concentration in the elegance and appearance of the place but, too over hyped for the food quality and drinks.
