- EBella benton2 days ago1.0If I could give less I would. We waited for 30 mins to get water and bread. I had to go to the bar to get the water. After 1 hour 15 minutes we left without our food. The waitress telling us our food is up next. I guess she lied or was incompetent. We spoke to the manager and he could care less. He said the waitress was new. We are members of Landry points and go to this location frequently. The manager didn’t ask or seem to care. Won’t be back.

Queso brisket comes with grill Jalepano not in take out for the same price, salad size completely smaller at take out yet same prize. Bread and butter not consistently given on take out. If not same size at dine in why price same. So disappointing. Pick up time also suggestion never within 5 minutes of time said to be ready. Then get home half food cold.

Service was excellent and friendly. Original plan was to eat at another chain steakhouse in town but wait was over and hour and we had no wait here. And in my opinion the food, Service and value was much better here.

- ALAniko LFeb 7, 20262.0Craving a steak for my birthday. Ordered a T bone steak, loaded mashed potatoes, extra charge for that, and a salad. Ordered my steak with just a line of pink in middle. Got home, baked potato was missing, received a giant roll instead that tasted burnt. Steak was rare inside. I was so upset. I had to put steak in oven, and not sure what has happened to Saltgrass food, but the quality of the steak was terrible! Ended up throwing in the trash, and only thing that was decent was the salad. I use to frequent this establishment a few years ago,haven't been in awhile, and just thought it would be the same. Will not order anything from them again. To much money to spend on low quality food.
