- AKAlex KJan 22, 20262.0I used a coupon for a large 3-topping pizza for $12, but when I tried to check out on the website, it wouldn’t let me complete the order unless my subtotal was at least $15—even though my total was already over $15 after tax and delivery fees. Because of this, I was forced to add a drink I didn’t want, making the coupon basically pointless. When my pizza arrived, the delivery driver didn’t have the drink. I asked about it, and she told me to call the store. When I did, the store claimed the drink was sent out with the pizza, which clearly wasn’t true. So that essentially implies that the lady STOLE it! Despite this, they refused to directly refund the missing item. So not only was I forced to spend extra money due to a misleading checkout restriction, but I also never received the item I paid for—and couldn’t even get a refund for it! TL;DR: I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location. Carryout might be fine, but delivery resulted in wasted money and poor customer service.

I wish I could remember the young lady's name and the young man that took care of me. The pizzas were amazing and they respected my request. I love that! Thank you guys!
