I was told by Jordan Murray we had a free pizza due to the horrible service but when I call the manager line no one answers then when I call to place a order to see if they can see my account they can’t and they want to transfer me to the manager’s line that doesn’t answer. I will never recommend this papa John’s to anyone.

I showed up 5 minutes after I was told my pizza was ready, sat inside for 15 minutes without any employee asking for my name or who the order was for. After I spoke up and asked about my order, they shuffled around another 5 minutes and tried to hide the fact that my pizza was sitting there ready the entire time I was inside the store. Needless to say, I don't appreciate wasting my time because of disorganization or whatever it may be. I will not be ordering from this store again, at any cost.....just not worth it for an average, ordinary pizza. What a joke!

Jordan was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. Not only was my food fresh and prepared quickly, but he also made sure to double-check everything so I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels so genuine, but Jordan really delivered. If you’re ordering from this location, I definitely recommend asking for Jordan, he’ll take care of you!
