  Rude. Only tried ordering a large coffee and sausage and biscuit and the woman who was taking my order took it and then kept yelling at me to hold on. Meanwhile two cars came in front of me and got their stuff and pulled in front of me. This place sucks with service

  Waited over 15 minutes for my food had a mobile order saw 2 people order and get there food before me and when I questioned the worker they had my food in a corner waiting for over 15 minutes never called it out food was soggy

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) I recently stopped by the McDonald’s on Beltline Road for a quick snack, and as usual, the food was fresh, hot, and consistently good — exactly what I’ve come to expect from this location. Everything tasted great and truly hit the spot. However, the service during this visit seemed a bit off compared to my usual experiences. I’m not sure of the young woman’s name, but she was managing all three drive-thru positions — taking orders at the speaker, collecting payments, and handing out food at the window. Throughout the process, she appeared to be a little overwhelmed and forgot our order three separate times. She kept asking, “Frappe?” even though that wasn’t what we had ordered. To be fair, I think it may have been her first day working there, as she seemed to still be getting familiar with the system and the fast pace of the drive-thru. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I completely understand how stressful that can be. Despite the small hiccups, the overall experience was still positive. The food was great, and I always appreciate how this McDonald’s delivers reliable quality and taste, even on a slightly off night.

  It’s crazy that now looking at the comments there is definitely a customer service issue at this particular Mc Donald’s. Also talking with management and upper management I see why. Management at this particular Mc is in shambles, do not think you’re going to get anything solved here if you have an issue. If your looking for that special Mc Donald’s experience your not going to get it here because and I quote per the sr manager who just got off the phone with said and I quote “were franchise so that don’t matters its just food”. I’ll say it again “PEOPLE STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT PLACES THAT DISRESPECT YOU”. It dos not matter the race, the color, or the language you speak. If you feel disrespected stand up for yourself and others and speak up and speak out. I will continue to be respectful and honest on these “franchise” stores. They should still hold up and take accountability when they’re wrong!!! MC DONALD’S PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP!!!! This location is not upholding the core values, and giving that special touch. Yea people ok I can say and hear people now saying “it’s just food man you can relax” ,no it’s the principle!!!! And I will as I’m held accountable everyday will hold others accountable as well to when I’m paying for a service PERIOD !! So Managers and Management at this location thank you for allowing me to see how you really treat customers and how you really feel about the people you’re serving….ITS JUST FOOD…TERRIBLE !!!!!!
