  Let me start by saying I am not a Cowboys fan. My Brother, Brother in law and Nephews are. But let me say ATT stadium is a true venue for football fans. The entire area and city is a true Football town. As a Ram fan I take my hat off to Cowboy fans.

  There is always an issue with the orders when we order online or go through the drive thur. we are either missing something or giving us the wrong drink. I had asked for a diet Dr Pepper and they gave me the normal one. I’m a type 1 diabetic so I get diet drinks so I don’t need to add insulin for that and only need it for my food. It has happened more than once at this location.

  Their service is terrible! I ordered food and it took almost an hour to arrive. The Uber driver who came to pick it up told me that what I ordered was no longer available, even though I had ordered it before they changed it. They told me to cancel, and I went to cancel because they said I would get a refund, but it turns out they didn't refund me at all. They kept part of my money. I will never order from them again; they are a disaster. If they couldn't prepare what I ordered, they could at least have notified me in advance. And they didn't even do that; they kept my money and my time. I was hungry and I ended up with nothing. Son una porquería de servicio pedí mi comida y se tardaron casi 1 hora! Luego el Uber que fue a buscar el pedido me dice que ya no está disponible lo que ordene y lo pedí antes que cambiarán, me dicen que cancelen y yo vengo y cancelo porque me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar y resulta que luego no me lo reembolsaron por completo me quitaron una parte de mi dinero en mi vida vuelvo a comprar con ustedes son una basura, si no podían preparar lo que pedí pudieron avisar con antelación y ni si quiere eso me quitaron mi dinero, mi tiempo, tenía hambre y me quedé sin nada .

  Always a problem via drive thru experience. I have decided to ban this McDonald's. Never a problem with breakfast. I typically never eat the later meals. I typically never eat meats from restaurants. But I'm not coming back here because I'd rather go to Sonic (walnut hill/beltline) for breakfast now and Wendy's (183/beltline) for burgers. I'm tired of wasting time and attempts for a solid good meal.

  I ordered a large Quarter Pounder meal. When I asked to have water instead of a soft drink, I was told I had to purchase a bottled water separately. I found that surprising since I was buying a full meal and simply wanted tap water in place of a soda.
