What’s the point of charging if you’re not going to give me my stuff. I called to inform them if the issues she said “you can ask for a refund online” no I wanted my food given to me as I placed it.. horrible customer service 🤦🏽♀️

I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!
