  Este es el peor restaurant de Macdonald que ido. El servicing al cliente es de lo peor la manager es prepotente y grocera. La que estaba en la ventana fue muy grocera y para colmo medio mi orden mal.

  Morning crew is amazing , food is fresh and customer service is on point but afternoon crew always gives out old fry’s that’s been sitting under the light for too long and no customer service skills at all.

  Be mindful this place is located in the downtown area of Irving, by local bus stops and station, so alot of drifters, travelers, tourists and homeless lingering throughout.

  I noticed on my receipt my order was incorrect so when I got to the pickup windows, I told the lady my order was incorrect, she said ok, she would correct it and she didnt, my order was wrong when I got home

  We had 3 prepaid orders, went thru drive thru, said they could only do 2 at a time even tho it was already paid for. Told us we had to go back around the drive thru during the lunch rush. Asked if we could come inside to get the order, manager said yes. Went inside they told us we had to go thru the drive thru while the manager hid in the bathroom. They were very rude tossing the bag of food on the counter and snapping at my mother who is 70 years old. Poor service, and ridiculous to have to deal with this just to get some food that we had already paid for .they need a change in management.
