  Al parecer se trata de hacer un buen servicio pero te atienden de mal gusto deberían de poner mucha atención! Respetar el idioma y religión de los clientes en general….

  Quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el servicio que recibí recientemente. Cuando llegué a hacer mi pedido, los empleados no prestaron atención a lo que estaba diciendo y tuve que repetir mi orden varias veces. Después de eso, me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo en el carro sin darme ninguna actualización. Lo más molesto fue que nunca me avisaron que mi orden ya estaba lista. Tuve que salir de mi carro, con el frío, para preguntar qué estaba pasando. Considero que el servicio fue poco mierda

  Un pésimo servicio de Dri Thru donde la que te atiende en la mañana solo te ignora si le pides algo extra como azúcar o crema

When I politely pointed out the mistake, the female employee became incredibly aggressive, rude, and visibly angry. It is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable to be mistreated and yelled at simply for asking for the correct size that I paid for. Her hostile attitude was a disgrace to your brand.   I rarely give reviews, but I’ve had enough with this McDonald’s, every time I come here, they keep you waiting 20 minutes to give you an incorrect order. The first time I went, they had my order right but they were calling another number, I said it was mine because I was watching them put the food in the bag, if not; someone else would’ve gotten my food. The second time I waited almost 20 minutes again when the restaurant was pretty much empty, they just don’t care about customers, they had my order sitting there without even asking anyone whose it was. The third time I said “this is it, I’m not coming back”. I waited 20 minutes again for ONE MCDOUBLE, it was sitting there on a kitchen table the whole time and they never worried about calling the order, until I lost my patience and asked for it, and the young guy just laughed. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, they need to change the staff, I’d rather go some more miles from home to another McDonald’s, not because they need my money but because I need FAST FOOD, if I wanted to deal with this I’d got to a 1 star slow actual food restaurant. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
