  I’ve shopped at this store since it’s opened, I’ve never really had issues with any items, I truly think this store has been great for me and my daily household. I have enjoyed it since it’s open! But today there was a misunderstanding between a worker and a customer, me and my husband saw the whole thing, I want to say to the worker I’m sorry you had to deal with such an awful customer, we saw 2 workers communicating on walkies to move us customers around to lines that were going fast, to the customers that were causing a scene and speaking horribly and telling people “to go back to there country” is down right disrespectful and to the girl worker that was in the situation for after that racist comment your response was amazing! She said “have a great day and I hope it gets better” your manager needs to know you handled the situation as best as you could, as someone who owns their own little business as a owner or even as a manager my employees always know I will have their side except when they are in the wrong, but me and my husband believe non of those workers should have gone through that today and to the girl workers doing there job keep going don’t let that one put you down! JOE VS HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Expect for today when that customer said that to an employee that was only doing her job.

  Los productos muy bueno precio excelente solo que el servicio de los cajero no tan bueno porque no ayuda a embolsar su comprar y a veces van personas de la tercera edad que no puede embolsar rápido y madres con su hijos pequeño y ellos no hace el esfuerzo para ayudar porque nosotros embolsamos y no hemos terminado de bolsa y tenemos que pagar y ellos se quedan parado y no ayudan

  I happened to be in the area and decided to shop at this location off of Story Rd and 183. The store is extremely organized, the produce section was huge and everything looked fresh. The bakery had a limited variety of items, but the meat as well as the frozen food sections were huge. Prices were much lower than the other money-grabbing stores (like Kroger and Sprouts), and the restroom was clean and spotless. We need a Joe V's in Farmers Branch. Pretty please.

  La mejor tienda de todo Irving Texas.... amigo mio si usted quiere ... Bueno, bonito y barato ... comida de primer nivel regalada aqui es es mejor lugar.... amigo la fruta es de excelente calidad importada de Mexico ... eso en la competencia como Walmart y supermercados Latinos como el Fiesta , Cost + Plus, no le llegan a los talones a esta tienda ...... esta es una verdadera tienda que sabe vender comida de verdad!!!! Mis amigos la carne .... sabe 100 veces mejor que la premier de alguna tienda de lujo. No se quien carajos sea el Gerente de esta tienda en Irving pero esta dando una leccion de vender comida , calidad de comida a la gente!!! Feliciten a ese gerente por que esta ofreciendo comida premiun a buen precio de excelente calidad...... esta super llena la tienda eso siiii pero de que por 120 dolares te llevas un carrito lleno de comida de primera te lo llevas mi hermano!!!!!!! La Mejor tienda de todo irving se tenia que decir y se dijo!!!!!

  Happy they opened a location slightly closer to my area finally! Really loved the fruit/veggie selection and decent prices. The meat boxes towards the back are a huge help for our family. My only complaint is with the cashiers. Went on a weekday when it wasn’t as busy. Cashier had her back to the register chatting with her coworker and took a good while to finally turn around and notice we had filled the conveyor belt with items. Not a single hello or anything to address my mother and I despite me standing right in front of her. Finally my mom had to ask her “hi how are you?” For her to acknowledge our presence. She rang everything up, handed the receipt, and turned her back to us again. No help bagging and no “goodbye” or “come again, thank you”.
