  This order was a takeout, but I have dined inside this restaurant before, and I can honestly say that the servers are very cordial and helpful. As for the food, their chef, I must say by the 2 different entrees I have had, is magnificent. This bowl with chicken, biryani rice, and methi sauce is outstanding. I am so, so glad they opened at this location, and I hope they will be there for years to come.

  From outside you might not realize we have such a good restaurant here … even when I came to Irving library I guessed it will be like Prasuna type to go restaurant but my wife told let’s give in try and I entered… ambience, food, hospitality was beyond my expectations. Awesome food and quality time with my family. Thank you India X team

  Visited India X and had their Maharaja Thali – it was amazing and unlimited, which made the experience even better! Every dish had a unique, authentic flavor and nothing felt repetitive. The naan was soft, the biryani was flavorful, and the curries were rich and delicious. The staff was very friendly, constantly checking on us and genuinely asking for feedback. Service was fast, polite, and welcoming. Presentation was beautiful and the portion sizes were perfect to enjoy everything. Totally recommend this place if you’re craving real Indian food and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Disappointing Experience: Late Pick-Up & Poor Food Quality I really wanted to like India X in Irving, but my recent pickup order was incredibly frustrating and the food was a major letdown. First, the issue with timeliness was unacceptable. My order was scheduled for a pick-up, yet I ended up waiting another 30 minutes in the restaurant, which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. When I finally got the food home, the quality and value were genuinely poor. Both the rice and noodle dishes were bulked up with excessive amounts of plain, boiled potatoes, seemingly to replace adequate servings of protein. It felt like a cheap way to pad the meal. The minimal amount of protein present was disappointing. Worst of all, the flavor was just not there. The dishes were bland and poorly seasoned, lacking the vibrant, authentic taste I expect from good Indian food. Given the substantial delay and the extremely low quality of the food, I will not be ordering from here again.
