    The lady cashier at the food court was not very welcoming. A smile and a simple greeting would greatly improve the customer experience. If this is not addressed, it may negatively impact the business, especially in a competitive market like Dallas. The tea is also quite expensive.it may soon reach $5. The atmosphere felt like a fish market

    I honestly felt obligated to post a review after seeing so many negative ones. We absolutely love Hello India. The food is consistently delicious, the flavors are authentic and rich, the service has always been kind and attentive, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. Every time we’ve gone, the experience has been solid. In a world where people are quick to criticize, I think it’s just as important to highlight when a place is doing things right. Yes prices have gone up— but that is just a matter of keeping up with the economy. I also wholeheartedly appreciate that all food is halal here. If you enjoy good Indian food, give them a fair chance and form your own opinion.

    This place has no visible prices on the majority of their products, which makes shopping here incredibly frustrating and borderline deceptive. As a customer, you're forced to pick items blindly with no idea what you'll be charged at checkout. Price transparency is a basic necessity and the lack of it here feels intentionally misleading. This isn't a small oversight for a few products, it's a consistent pattern throughout the store which I have noticed during multiple visits here. Customers should not have to guess prices for items they are actually paying for. This practice also appears inconsistent with Texas Business & Commerce Code 17.46(b)(24) of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which addresses failure to disclose information that would affect a consumer’s purchasing decision. Until pricing is clearly and consistently displayed, I would not recommend shopping here.
