Ordered two Dosa on a Thursday night. They have BOGO offer on the Thursdays. Sambar and Chatni both were so salty that we couldn't eat. Dosa was also avg.

They started great a few years ago as forerunners of the famous Irani Chai. It started with $1. Popularity grew and customer base expanded exponentially. Then came covid and they came up with a reason to bump up prices and lessen quantity. They changed the Irani chai price to $2 and also introduced a much smaller cup size for $1. Everyone tagged along. I had asked them owner the why the change, the response was the same old crying about how covid affected everything and that once things resume, prices would resume. Problem is, nothing went 'back' as promised. Fast forward to today, they changed the Irani Chai price to $3. I told them to at least honor the Chai card I had bought months earlier, but their response? Your card is worth $22 of Chai (and not a certain quantity of chai). What a disappointment! Funny how when you start a business and you're soooo customer oriented but when you start getting comfortable with your revenue, you least care about customers be aise your attitude feels more like 'take it or leave it'. I also quit having their Thursday offer of buy 1 get 1 free dosa because you can easily taste the stale chutneys and days old batter. Many people I know have already said 'Goodbye' instead of Hello to these guys. Do better.

I had been to this place about a year ago and it used to be really nice. Today we tried the pani puri, dahi puri, and Irani chai — and it was quite disappointing. The pani puri tasted stale, the dahi puri curd wasn’t fresh, and the Irani chai tasted just like regular tea. What’s the point of calling it Irani chai if you’re just serving normal chai? Definitely not the same quality as before.

Worst experience have ever faced in Hello India food having with Samosa and Mit chutney. Samosa is ok but the Mint chutney faces a large amount of water along with Green color WHICH IS HARMFUL. If anyone wants to continue having food there is fine. DONT FIND ANY REGRESTS IF YOU ARE ENCOURAGING THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE INTO THESE RESTAURANT BUSINESSES.

Seriously, what is going on at Chat Kitchen? I went there on Monday night around 10:30 PM and the situation was just too much. Only two guys were working, and they were full on busy handling everything. We had to wait almost 15 minutes just for them to even take our order, because they had so many other things to finish first. Then, after placing the order, the food took more than 20 minutes to be ready. Imagine, for one simple order, I spent like 30 to 40 minutes waiting totally! My problem is not with the workers; they were rushing and doing their best, poor guys. The actual blame goes to the owners/management. If you cannot arrange enough people (staffing) to manage the rush, why keep the restaurant open late? This shows zero care for customer satisfaction and absolutely no proper hospitality. Please fix your management issues.
