- BWBrandie WallsDec 3, 20251.0I placed the order on the five guys website directly and once I placed that order they sent it to DoorDash and they canceled it saying that I picked the order up which I never did. They’ve been rescheduled my order two or three more times and every time I got an email saying that the driver couldn’t find my order. I called DoorDash thinking that they could help me and they advised me to reach out directly to the five guys location since I ordered directly through the website once I contacted five guys I requested to speak to a manager and the manager pretty much got on the phone and laughed in my face and said it was nothing that he could do and that I needed to contact customer service. I spoke to two people at that location one being the manager, and one being one of the employees they were very rude. Once I contacted customer service, I just got the complete runaround and never got refunded my money and I had to dispute it with my bank. I’ve never experienced so much unprofessionalism from a location and I will never come to this location again. I’ve tried calling the location multiple times to try to get this issued fixed and no one ever reached back out to me.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
