The cook actually cheated me out of my bacon, she looked at the ticket and wrapped it anyway knowing it wasn't correct, after my daughter and I waited over 45 minutes. I hope they read these, because they know who they were. I have the ticket date and time all you have to do is check it against the schedule and you have your culprits. I wonder how many other people they stole from today....because I got charged but didnt get my correct order. It about the principle at this point....the little dollar and change for bacon isn't killing me, but you don't get to keep it, because your behind and can't keep up with your orders....sorry not my problem.... I paid 21.10 for a bacon cheeseburger and that's not what I got.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
