Very very rude. Usually I give tip, but not today. Very disappointed by her customer service. The food was good am just reporting the customer service.

Didn't know I was suppose to request "pork" sausage for a sandwich until after the fact & the young lady responded as if I was suppose to know. The place definitely needs an upgrade on its furnishings as stuff seems to be falling apart and has significant wear. The restroom was also not very clean nor nice. As for the food the bagel was pretty good. I also got a chocolate cold brew which was decent. Not sure if I’d come again mainly because the environment doesn’t seem very nice as I expected.

There were two ladies one was wiping her nose with her gloves on and the other was attempting to wipe her nose for her. The main girl whose nose was running went to the back and came back and got different gloves. The other girl whose nose was attempting to wipe her friends nose went right back to making food. I thought that was very nasty. This happened on 11.30.25 at 8:22am. I hope a manager sees this and get this corrected
