They can't process any orders you have to order online to be able to get a drink or any food. So there is a bunch of people on the Einstein app trying to figure out how to navigate the menu. Half the things on the in-store menu isn't online as the online is intended for catering. It's just all over the place.

I was excited (I can only eat two bagels). Wwll, when I got there, was told had to order online. I detest ordering online. Well, I made the effort to order online since I drove all this way. When I went to put in my validatiin code for the two free bagels, plus buying a schmear. I would not let me. The employees couldn't do anything. Now my validation code will expire and no bagels for me. I am very not happy.
