  I placed my order on Uber Eats I received 2 orders of cold tator tots and some type of balls . It wasn’t my order. So I reordered a second time and still didn’t get everything I ordered . Tryed calling got voicemail. My first time trying this location. I give it a thumbs down will never get my coins again.

  When I’m telling you this location sucks in food, drinks and service. the first things I saw was racism by the Woman on the heavier side(big lady) that’s on the drive-through She didn’t even speak to me at all She literally stares you down and makes faces while she’s giving you the food and drinks. The other thing is they literally take so long to ask you what you need in the drive-through and when they do answer all you hear is loud laughing and talking by the employees until She decides to acknowledge you. this was my second time trying this location after I had a similar incident two years ago my first time back and it’s worse than last time. The only thing I ordered was a drink and hash brown and the hash brown were soggy cold and tasted refrigerated I don’t think they unfreeze them correctly.

  Don’t come here if you’re in a time crunch. Lines are always super long. One time I sat in drive thru 27min. But Today was my last straw, they put a handwritten sign “drive thru closed” okay no big deal, probably short staff- again. Stood there at least 10min without being acknowledged. Then for her to tell me no whole milk, wasted my entire time!

  Store is always slow not staffed enough some days my drink is good other days it’s not huge management issue I probably will never go to this location again I’m just never satisfied I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances I’ve have too many issues at this location which sucks cause it’s close to my job back to Starbucks I go

  This has go to be the worst location ever might as well just close it! every single time i’ve gone there’s always an issue the employee’s always have an attitude and have no need to serve the customer I once placed a mobile order 6 MONTHS AGO and when i showed up their blenders weren’t working?? and they were out of all of the food items that i ordered I have never been disrespectful to any of the employees there regardless of how careless and rude they are i asked to get a refund on my order to which they told me i have to contact customer service , customer service has never reached back out and the numbers don’t work. I also just went to the location and order a single donut. that is it I sat in the window for 5 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged nobody ever came to the window this location is honestly a joke. there’s no way i spent 23$ and i haven’t gotten a response from ANYONE
