- AAAnneisa Aleman4 days ago1.0Ordered for delivery, got notified that it was out of the oven and that someone (I cant recall the name and it doesn't say on the receipt) was delivering the order. Got notified that the order was complete but never received the food. Attempted to contact the store MULTIPLE times and no answer despite the store being open and having no customers at all. Had to drive all the way to the physical store only for them to still have HALF OF MY ORDER. Turns out the driver TOOK OFF with my chicken alfredo and the store can't even get into contact with the driver. When I asked for the drivers name, they said that "it's not necessary" to give his name because "it won't happen again” and that they'll "talk to him". They did end up remaking my pasta and gave me store credit, but the rest of my food just ended up getting cold. Horrible and gluttonous delivery driver and staff for defending his behavior. I'd give 0 stars honestly.
