I ordered a burrito, yet the portion was exceptionally small, consisting of only half scoops. Typically, a burrito satisfies my appetite, and I'll save the leftovers for my next meal; however, this time, I remained hungry because the portions were skimpy. (Certainly not worth the cost.) Initially, I thought I was misperceiving the size, but after comparing two separate orders within the past week, I observed that their portion sizes were vastly different. I constantly order the same item: a burrito in A BOWL, to eat neatly without creating a mess. My ordering experience has been consistent; occasionally, I receive peculiar looks upon request, but I am served appropriately. The staff member did not even close the container properly and placed it directly into the bag without securing the lid. I also ordered queso on the side, which was forgotten. Fortunately, I did not drive too far and returned to correct my order. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. I understand that bad days can occur, and I hope they are able to improve in the future.
