I would rate this outlet of chipotle zero if i could , i did placed an order for pick up/ take away from this outlet. And when i reached there inside the pick up counter to pick my package i was thrashed by some nowbie girl to step outside and do not enter the kitchen , why did you kept the kitchen door open then, why the pick up counter is inside the kitchen ,why there is nothing written on the board which only says pick up and not do noy enter. Very bad experience with this outlet, i am still wondering what just happened. I have never felt so much insulted in life before. I have a respectable job with a good salary and i am an expat but facing this racial discrimination was the least i could have expected. Please avoid this outlet if you dont want to question yoir conscience as these guys and ladies can actually insult you so bad that you may question your own identity.

Pickup order was 10min after pickup time. Restaurant itself was a mess with paperwork and non customer related things everywhere. Food was about half the size it should have been. Place needed a deep clean as well. Definitely pick a different one.

This location is trash. Management is the problem. They will drop chicken when the need steak. They will have almost no rice left and manager doesn’t call for more to be made. They are scraping the bottom of the pan but haven’t called for anything to be dropped. It’s the middle of dinner rush on a Friday and NOTHING is up and fresh. Yall are literally paying employees to do nothing.

If you live in this area, then you know how absolutely horrible this location is. How do you close at 11 PM but at 9 PM (Dinner rush and two whole hours before you close) there is no white rice, no veggies, no chicken and they’re already cleaning the grills and preparing to close down the store! At times they have refused to serve me steak unless I ordered it online. They tell you that it’s “for online orders only” when it’s sitting there right in your face. This place has horrible service and the managers deserve to get fired.
I’ve always loved chipotle but I rarely come here anymore, but when I do, I regret it every time.
The sales of the store would be so much higher if it had better service. A disgrace.

This is the worst chipotle in DFW. This is the Chipotle we come to and its absolutely going downhill in quality of the food (especially rice) and service. We came to eat here at 9:50pm —they close at 11 pm— but the dining area was blocked with chairs for the night.
We ordered the food, sat down to eat at an available table, then realized we could redeem a free queso (we have Chipotle Rewards). One of the family goes to the counter asks to redeem it only to be told he “Has to purchase at least $5 worth of food to redeem it”. We had just spent over $30 for the meals and now we’re told to have additional five dollar purchase to get the queso. Simply didn’t redeem it at that point.
The restaurant ran out out spoons and forks.
(They did restock it later, but who likes to eat with knives for a little bit?)
They had a little bit of the aguas frescas drink fountains left, which we were about to fill up our drink cups with, but one of the two employees was emptying the containers explaining that it’s “expired”.
And the worst part was the rice was cooked and served as is, unseasoned. No cilantro, no lime or even salt. Just plain and sticky like glue. It reminded me of something people would feed their dogs.
Oh yeah, and we found hair in the rice that looked like it came from an armpit (gross!)
So simply put— never come here! There are plenty of other Chipotles that are more worth the money! I will suggest the Chipotle on
Belt Line, Irving. That location is much better on food quality (very good rice) and has larger dining space.
