  I love this location ! Manager Jorge always welcome us with great energy. At night sometimes the lobby is a bit of a mess but it’s understandable because it’s always busy. I love coming anytime throughout the day.

  ​11/23/2025 receipt time 9:29PM I ordered three skimpy bowls, 2 chicken and one Carne Asada and 1 red chimichurri sauce. I also ordered 2 grapefruit IZZE drinks. I spent $46.93. Service -* Rude Girls!!! The young lady packed all three bowls and the sauce in one medium size bag and she tried stuffing the IZZE drinks in that same bag. So I kindly asked her if we could have another bag for the drinks please. She reluctantly put the IZZE drinks in another bag. I said thank you I believe and I didn't recall hearing a thank you or your welcome. By the time we go to the car on the drive home the sauce spilled all over my daughter's Smith College sweats that she can't replace. My order was the carne Asada with the Red Chimichurri sauce That gave me nausea, upset stomach, and diarrhea!!! If I have to be mistreated and get sick I will go to the second location.

  The short lady who was serving the bowl for me just a second ago she was rushing me just because i am a brown skin! Lol even my money is in green dollars and just came out from an atm machine i dont know why she is rushing me i was not able to order properly and the people behind me were not even rushing the day was good and i was out in 10 seconds i dont know she never gave a chance to see whats in there i was about to order another bowl and she did not give a chance people like me are introverts and if she is not able to work in holidays please give her and off!!!!its 2:30 in the afternoon and i left to another store to get some food because she did not give me time for another bowl! I know you guys wont be taking any action just smiling at eachother but...! In a daily basis this will loose you customers...! She gave me a bad day!for no reason!

  I believe this specific location deserves 0 stars but since i’m required to select an option I am giving it 1. Every time I arrive at this location they are out of everything, I am unsure if this has to do with not ordering enough product or if the employees are opting to not prepare food available past a certain time, which is understandable to some degree, but if this has been a continued issue then there should have an adjustment made to combat this issue to make sure there is enough available until closing hours. Granted I am not the type of person to go into a restaurant within the last hour, but I arrived at 9:30PM and they were practically out of almost everything, the hours on the door say 11:00PM daily. Maybe their hours should change to reflect this issue but I am very disappointed at repeated attempts and hopes that there would have been better service. I won’t be going to this location again. I do not recommend it.

  The female with all the damn blush on her face has the NASTIEST attitude. She gave the lady in front of me plenty of extra protein with no charge. I ask for extra steak and she gave me TWO pieces of steak. I ask for a little more she asked did I want double. Every time she rings me up, she over charges me. Anytime I’ve paid for a bowl or burrito it’s $12. But when she rings me up it’s $16. She always skimps on food. She has the most ugliest energy. Not sure why she’s even employed there or how she got the job in the first place.
