    I just watched the cashier refuse to make sandwiches because she had been working all day. She refused to let me sit in the dining area while I wait for my food. I work at this Walmart so I hope they do something about this. Food was good though, the cook was alright

    New employees are worst they not making sandwiches properly they burnt the bread and after I reported they remake and make it very salty. Counter also people are not acknowledging. Food taking time was not fast enough.

    Horrible experience. No drinks. Just lemonade and tea. When i asked for refund for the drinks they said "we cant do refunds on online orders". So....give me my drinks then or refund the difference šŸ˜‘. Took about 7 minutes before anyone even said a word when i arrived for pick up. I dont know the drinks were even an option if there was no drink to begin with and then fraud me for the difference. Probably not coming back here ever Edit: Heres the kicker. I got an iced tea that was hot with no ice lol. I had to ask for ice and they gave it in a seperate cup....im already carrying 3 waters since you charged me for soda and gave me water, and then the hot iced tea.

    *******⭐ 1 Star****** My wife visited this Charleys Cheesesteaks on Oct 3, 2025 around 2:45–3:00 PM for takeout. When she got home, we saw the order was wrong. My wife called, and Diamond told me to come pick up the correct food. The mistake wasn’t the problem—the nightmare was what happened when I went back. The store was empty when I arrived, yet I stood ignored for 5–7 minutes by a worker who didn’t even acknowledge me. Diamond finally came out, knew the issue, and told me the wings would be ready. Waited for 15 mins near the payment counter and after that Diamond came back and mentioned that order will be ready in ā€œ2 minutes.ā€ Instead, I was left waiting for another 10+ minutes. During that time, Diamond disappeared completely. A new shift employee tried to help but couldn’t even find my order. The same woman who ignored me earlier asked me again what flavor I wanted, which indicated me my order hadn’t even been handled. When Diamond finally came back, instead of apologizing or owning the mistake, she blamed ā€œcook time.ā€ That excuse doesn’t fly—wings don’t take 25 minutes to deep fry, especially when my original order had been ready in 15 minutes. The reality was simple: the wings were sitting in the fryer, and no one bothered to deliver them. The worst part? Diamond introduced herself as the *manager* but refused to give me the owner/franchisee’s contact, never apologized, and acted as if none of this was her fault. That is not management—it’s avoidance and unprofessionalism. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service at this location, but it will definitely be the last. The staff here clearly don’t care about customers, don’t take responsibility, and don’t know how to run a store—even when it’s empty. If you want Charleys quality and service, go to another location. This one is a complete embarrassment to the brand.
