  Quick service, clean location! We got our food made pretty quickly but felt like the portion sized were smaller here than the usual location we visit. Regardless great food and nice environment.

  Ok, ok so I might be writing this to lock in a free drink. Who cares. Cava is such a yummy/healthy Mediterranean place to get food from! My siblings and I have done lots of bonding over this place- eating and munching on pita chips is the way to go when you have 6 other siblings! Also, let’s talk about those side pita chips. Holy… why are they the best things I’ve ever eaten like actually…

  Uber delivery here; they literally see you eye to eye and gate keep the made to go orders to be picked up. Ignored for a waste of 10 minutes. Another person on the line side stepped the cashier ignoring me to ask if I'm here to pick up. She redeemed 1 star. The other one lost 4 stars.

  I believe this Cava location has some of the rudest staff I have ever met except few of the people who usually manage the billings. The staff seem always disinterested, pushy, very loud and makes lunch/dinner experience worst. As any business, customer service is key and this particular location seems to be a huge losing case for customer service.

  ​The food is decent, but after two visits, I’m done with this location. The service is abysmal. During my first visit, I dealt with a staff member with pink hair who acts like answering a simple question is a massive inconvenience. She speaks so quietly you can barely hear her, and if you ask her to repeat herself, she gets even more dismissive and speaks even lower on purpose. ​I came back a second time to pick up an order for my wife and it was even worse. I waited 20 minutes for a pickup only to receive an oily, greasy cup. I watched the person making the food handle the cups with the same dirty gloves they were using to prep meals. It is extremely unsanitary to go from touching food to grabbing customer packaging without a glove change. I won't be coming back.
