    This cava is ALWAYS out of something it never fails. Then when you ask for an item that is missing they look at you like it’s your fault that’s it’s missing. My bowl was $16! At other locations it’s $14 at most. What am I paying the extra money for missing items and subpar service. I will not be coming back this location.

    First off, the lamb balls are delicious and thank you Alexa for recommending them. I haven't had Cava in over a year, I had forgotten how much I love the food. It's also conveniently located in close proximity to a whole foods so I can eat first and not go shopping while hungry.

    If I could give this place a 0 star review I would! I went in for the new spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl. I was charged individually for each item because I wanted to add an additional protein( harissa chicken) imagine my surprise when the server is explaining to the cashier I needed to be charged individually. The CASHIER WAS THE ONLY ONE who had enough sense to advise me that the bowl type changed because it should have been added as a side. The original server had no remorse or empathy for not TELLING ME if I add or alter it changes everything. The lack of customer service is missing. No apology as it could have been explained or anything the young ladies were very snarky after the fact. I am so disappointed in the service I received and I'll never return to this place. They also did not give me the pita chips I paid for. It wasn't in the bag.

    Worst customer service experience. I love CAVA food, but given I didnt actually get my meal today, I would have given no stars if i could. I placed a mobile order, arrived when both my text and mobile app told me my food should be ready. Was not greeted or acknowledged despite standing in the pick up area next to the register where no fewer that 4 people were working, actively ignoring myself (and during the 15 minutes I waited, the more than 5 other people who arrive for pick ups as well). I finally flagged someone as they kept helping people in the store line who arrived after I did, yet could be bothered to check on me. When he did finally come over I was informed the online/mobile orders were running behind and would be a nearly 20 minute or more wait for my order. I asked for a refund or my order to be cancelled because I didnt have 20 more minutes to wait and was told he couldnt do either. I would need to go online to request the refund. He refused to make my order despite me being there in person for 15 minutes and seeing my order in the system. Offered for me to get in line behind everyone else who walked in after me and he could make my order then, but also would re-charge me at that time for the new order and would sill need to go online to request a refund for my original mobile order. He, the manger, was rude, dismissive and had zero empathy or concern for the fact that loyal customers who used their mobile ordering service were being forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time while people walking in the door were being serviced immediately. He made no attempt to offer anything for the inconvenience, and further had no business cards for me to follow with corporate on this terrible experience. I can certainly understand that businesses sometimes have issues when excepting orders form multiple avenues, however if you cannot manage your order volume than you should not continue taking orders from these alternative routes. The really frustrating part here is if he, or any of his staff, had greeted me on arrival and simply explained the issue and gave me those same options I would have gotten in line and ordered my food and moved along. But to make me wait 15 minutes to even offer this solution, and me having to be the one to call to your attention that you are ignoring customers, is just an unacceptable business practice, and a store manage should have known better!

    In-store pickup- Took them 50 mts to provide the order after the scheduled time. Staff were rude and not communicating at all. To top it off they knowingly missed Pitta chips as it was not ready and they wanted to get the waiting customers out of the place, that I would say is not right. They might be understaffed but can communicate better. Not sure if it was an issue for that day but there were many customers waiting. I store ordering was moving smoothly though.
