Fresh juice is excellent. The muffin never misses and the potato hash brown is superb. I would say having a more timely manner with sanitizing down the tables and seats is one area that could use work.

Employees insisted the hot honey flavor actively being promoted all over their website and app wasn’t actually a thing, and despite being shown an order written clearly on a phone text app for clarity, they still got it wrong, were missing 4 whole items, and took zero accountability. At this point, just read the other reviews. Apparently they can’t even prepare orders correctly when they’re printed directly from their own system or app! Expecting them to follow something clearly written out for them is obviously asking too much. What should have been a simple, enjoyable start to a morning turned into a frustrating and genuinely upsetting experience. This place must have new management or something because it has severely gone down hill. Do better.

Nana handled the situation with genuine empathy and compassion, making sure I was taken care of her customer service was truly 10/10. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Being told I had to wait in line again just to get a refund for something I never received was frustrating. Nana, please keep up the great work you made a difference in an otherwise disappointing experience.

I went to the counter to cancel my order and I was not even ask for the reason of my cancellation. Never returning to that place again.
