  “Hey hey hey you want some donuts today” I was really tickled when I went through drive thru and heard this greeting I absolutely loved it. Behind the voice was the new manager Janaie. She had such great energy and was very happy. Dunkin has a new regular!!!

  I went by a drive-through a couple of days ago and was told that their shortstaffed and could not accommodate my request for a simple coffee and then I return two days back to get a coffee through drive-through and specifically mention that it is to be with oat milk and they completely ignore this and add oat milk to the existing coffee when I went back! Adding oat milk to already made coffee with regular milk does not help someone with lactose intolerance and they don’t seem to care about what the customer wants but just throw something that’s at their disposal I’m embarrassed to say that I would not come back unless the manager addresses this issue and make sure that the staff are passionate about what they do!
