  The person over the phone was the WORST two times in a row! I called to place the delivery order bc the app was going bonkers and wouldn’t work. So I’m trying to explain that and he rudely interrupts and says “what can I get you ma’am” which he tried to interject multiple times while I’m explains so I order the order and get off the call annoyed but whatever okay. But then i remembered I do not like to eat the cheesy bread without the marinara sauce so I call back I get a big deeeeep sigh like this man couldn’t have been more annoyed. “Yes ma’am how can I help you” super fast and annoyed sounding. I say I’m so so sorry I just remembered I would like to add marinara sauce, he sighs again and says “what is your phone number “ uhm.. okay so I give it to him he says hold on and 2/3 mins goes by then he says okay I’m so sorry ma’am the order is already out and I can not have my driver turn around for aaronara sauce. I literally called right back my call log shows the calls were like 39 secs apart even with his 2-3 mins wait there’s no possibility that driver left with my food. Smh I don’t have marinara sauce at home so now boom basically entire order of $25 with tip just for nothing!!! Great job dominos really Laying on that customer service super thick 👌🤦‍♀️🫣 whew worst customer service phone person evevevverrrrr

  Good evening I would like to share my disappointment with the manager Upon placing my order up until my delivery o was given the wrong pizza instead of pepperoni I received a cheese pizza and I immediately called the store and the manager Was rude and unprofessional I will shop elsewhere for my fresh pizza I was upset and I was really hungry I didn't eat on 03/31 on a Tuesday I was really upset I was wanting a pepperoni pizza I reported the incident to corporate To decipline the manager I will no longer order from the belt line Rd and Walnut Hill store they lost my business

  This is an update to my previous review on this location. I had an issue with a recent order. I sent a complaint through their website and was told someone would be in touch but after 4 days I heard nothing until I posted my review on here. Thank you to the owner for your prompt attention and resolution to the matter. It's unfortunate that this couldn't be resolved without escalating all the way to you but I'm grateful for your concern and desire for costumer satisfaction. I can't say when I'll return to this location again but I will no longer protest or avoid this store because of your efforts. Thank you madam/sir.

  Always a great experience with this store!! 💪 Even if they are busy , they will acknowledge you and say they will be right with you !! Taking care of business like pros !! 💪 I highly suggest this location!!! 1000
