  The food it ok but it to damn cold and when they brought our food we had to eat it fast because it's really cold in the lobby

  I was at diary queen awhile back and wanted to get in here and post a review the gentleman that took my order was so nice, and just smiled while taking my order. Just made my day. I think his name is Michael. Went back here recently and haven’t seen him. I miss seeing him! Great asset to the team ! Will try again and go back soon and hopefully have that young man wait on me again! Need more people like that young man! Update: I went back into diary queen and didn’t see the young gentleman Michael there. Was told he doesn’t work there anymore. If anyone knows Michael and knows where he works at let me know! Diary queen lost one great employee!!!! How could yall let him go

  It was only 2 workers ! Totally wasn't there fault! Management has to do better. You should never have only 2 workers at a fast food establishment.

  Worst place to come. I came to get a medium dipped vanilla cone and we wait almost 10 min at the drive thru window for someone to take payment and give me my cone. They charge me more than $3 and decide to give me a vanilla cone with the chocolate on the side, and the side of chocolate they gave me didn’t even cover one ball of the ice cream. The girl said they decided to give me it like that because the cone wasn’t dipping right. I told them I don’t want that and I want a refund. And the girl who was attending us at the window gave us attitude, rolled her eyes and snatched the cone and chocolate out of my husbands hand. My husband was in shock cause she literally got her hands around his and snatched the stuff. They close the window and we’re thinking they’re gonna give us a refund but then the manager opens the window and hands my husband a perfectly dipped cone, and she does it with attitude too. My husband barely got his hands around the cone before the manager lets go of the cone, turns around and slams the window close. I tell my husband I don’t want this cone cause I don’t know what they could’ve of done to the cone so he decides to get down. When he goes inside he tells me they treat him differently. Idk what got into them to treat us like that in the drive thru and different in person.
