Keep Feeding Me

So I used to go all the time to this Chipotle a few years ago. Since then, things have dropped off. The staff is rude and act like you are burdening them by being a customer. Also, they will literally give you a half portion of protein. The staff who are making burritos are touching their clothes and hats while making your food which is going to be consumed. The price is crazy and is not worth it anymore. I walked out on my most recent visit cuz I saw the guy who was making my burrito touch his hat then wipe his nose while using the gloves that he was using to make my burrito and then continued to make my burrito and try to wrap it. That's unacceptable. Never again going to a Chipotle is if this is the standard that is expected, especially when freebirds is 3 doors down. If this is what they're doing on the line I cannot imagine the unacceptable behavior behind the line in the kitchen and when food is being prepped.Watching people change gloves and not washing their hands as well. Even though you're wearing gloves, hands should be washed between glove usage. Maybe one day Chipotle will understand that before they go out of business or file for bankruptcy in Texas. No thank you! Lost a longtime customer.

Unfortunately, the staff of this specific restaurant is not trained to work with the public. They do it reluctantly and we are very sorry that they cannot work on something they like. Apart from this, they do not pay attention at the time of billing. Please, I recommend that you think about the invoice and check the charges you are making so that you do not put extras that you do not ask for.

Jorge and his homeboy in there slanging folks bowls. Why does a side of queso cost three dollars and it’s only a scoop. It’s dirty everybody hanging round the register. Except the guy in the back that was chopping whatever he chopping hella hard. I hate being hungry and service is sucky. Then y’all be talking all over the food and one guy kept wiping his nose. But that was at the chipotle on Beltline. Baby I was so happy when that girl took my order I said my stuff fast and clear like I hate when folks talk over my food and they be all leaned in pronouncing every syllable just spit flying everywhere eeeeyuck. Buy yea y’all we’re horrible today. 1 star

I came to this chipotle thinking how pretty it looked as soon I come in the employees were being so rude to everyone in line including a little boy struggling to speak up . When it was my friends turn he asked to try the new chicken and they acted like they had never been asked for a taste and they acted like he was dumb for even wanting to try it and screaming across the restaurant to get a quesadilla made because she didn’t want to walk all the way to the quesadilla oven. Then my friend wanted a salad and they girl again asked like she was dumb and rushing her to order. They were both wearing manager shirts and I know this because I use to work at a chipotle. Supper rude for no reason and both being manager laughing with the crew in the back and being rude to everyone in line. I hope these young ladies know they are ruing people experience just by the rude tone and then making us feel dumb for not answering to their pace. The place was a mess it was 8:30 pm .
I’ve been going to Chipotle for over 10 years across multiple states, and this location is by far the worst.
I ordered a steak bowl, and the employee scooped the meat with a ladle, then deliberately shook it so most of the meat fell off. What was left wasn’t even half a proper portion. When I asked why the portion was so small, I was told that was the “standard size.” That makes no sense—especially when the customer right behind me was given a much larger portion.
The manager was standing right there, heard everything, and said nothing. Completely unprofessional.
Getting about 10 pieces of steak in a bowl is unacceptable. Even when I spoke politely, the service was terrible. Portions are clearly inconsistent and depend on who you are, which is not okay.
On top of that, the vegetables were poorly prepared. The peppers were sliced extremely thin, overcooked, and burnt—completely different from other locations.
How are customers supposed to enjoy their meal like this?
I will not be coming back.
