  The cashier took my order well however, she needed to ask again whether it was a takeout or eat in. I already told her that I was eating in. I told her I wanted a small Coke. She asked twice whether it was a combo or single order. Perhaps she was in training I’m not sure. I was surprised that the chicken was not warmer. It also appeared a little cold. However, the potato fries were hot.

  Payed for a pick up order and got to the restaurant at 10:30 but there was a line. They refused to give me my order. Its ridiculous what’s the point of a pick up order.

  I go to this location at least once a week. Food is always good & more importantly, consistent (even when I had to change my diet for health reasons) and the customer service is still way better than most other places that I have been to these days.

  When I asked the girl if I could try my drink without ice, she told me if I had asked for no ice? Well, nobody ever asked me if I wanted ice! I preffered to try a non-watered-down flavour.

  Don't go to this location. They never answer their phone and when I was in store to pick up a catering order, it rang and rang and when I asked for a manager she said, "it doesn't work." I said I was the one calling right now and it is ringing and she said, "well, it it staticky and no one has ever fixed it." She simply just didn't care as the phone rang and rang and rang. Incompetent management here and not customer focused. These are all indiviudally owned. Go elsewhere.
