  Believe the other reviews. This location is trash. The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Portions have been cut in half, yet prices keep rising. CAVA is no longer what it used to be. However, ordering from this location is by far the worst experience and I’ve given them three tries.

  This has quickly become our favorite! They offer fantastic keto options, and even my kids really enjoy their food. It’s like Mediterranean cuisine served quickly and conveniently!

  Very disappointing experience at the Las Colinas, TX location. I placed an order through the app and waited in-store for about 35 minutes, only to be told that my order hadn’t even shown up in their system. After already waiting that long, it was extremely frustrating. When I finally received the order, it was clearly wrong order. The bowl was messy with sauce splashed all over, and I had specifically requested the sauce on the side. When I pointed this out, the staff member responded rudely with “mistakes happen” and only later admitted she had given me the wrong order. She started to remake it but asked me to wait another 15 minutes because they were out of grilled chicken. At that point, I decided to cancel, but they couldn’t even help process a refund. I ended up leaving without food after wasting nearly an hour. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no resolution. I do not recommend this store.

  Me and my coworkers consistently order from this location. More than 5 times they forget pita chips or free pita bread which is never resolved. However today all three of our orders were messed up. They used the wrong meat in two of the orders adding steak instead of chicken and not adding falafel to the other. They also forgot to sauce and pita bread to the last.

  So I want to start off with I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CAVA. I always get it when I get a chance. And this review is not about the food. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the food. Absolute favorite. This review is about my experience at that location. So me and my friend wanted a half and half protein. One half being sweet potatoes which weren’t ready. We were told to wait 12min which was perfectly fine and we agreed to wait. Our bowls were started so they put them aside. Lots of people started coming in so we decided to just take a seat on one of the tables infront of the counter. After 20 something minutes we were wondering why nobody had called us as we kept looking over at them. We assumed that maybe the sweet potatoes weren’t ready. We then walked over just to see the sweet potatoes ready. So the employee who originally was serving us seemed to be leaving. It would have been great if she perhaps remembered the two bowls that were just sitting on the counter and us just waiting… I mean… I get it, life can be hard and people can forget things. We then were served by another employee who I’m not sure if he was uninterested or just unsure of how to handle us. Mind you, we weren’t being rude because we knew it wasn’t him who started our bowls. He seemed confused when we were explaining what happened. The only thing he offered was to make new bowls. Which was fine cause ours were standing out in the open for a long time, though I hate seeing food being thrown away. The toppings did feel a little on the short side (except for the two scoops of corn). I normally have hard time finishing a bowl but this one seemed just a bit less. Not sure it thats a standard for the location or we upset the employee by asking why didn’t anyone tell us the sweet potatoes were ready. We weren’t asking for much. Maybe just acknowledgment. We also wanted to sit outside but the tables were extremely dusty. I don’t think anyone cleaned them for a few days. Also, the sweet potatoes and lentils were very undercooked. Sweet potatoes were still crunchy and black lentils were still hard. The flavour of everything was great. It just seems that overall this location is lacking “care”
