  Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. Most to all of the tables in the dinning room were not only dirty but were covered in dirty plates so we sat at a table that was at least cleaned off plate wise but wasn’t wiped down. As a server myself I honestly give a lot of grace to other servers but when our server came up to us we weren’t greeted just asked what we wanted to drink. With that we at least got our first round of drinks and ordered our endless appetizers which was honestly just one and a half round of appetizers due to us orders another round of it but only receiving half. The only time we saw our server was when she was either dropping off food or drinks. When we received our orders my boyfriend got cold wings, and I didn’t get my fries till everyone was half way done eating and with that even though I paid for it I never received the cheese. At that point we were just ready to go and didn’t want to wait another 15-20 minutes to get her attention. We asked for the check and after 10-15 minutes of waiting for it, we gave up and paid on the tablet on the table. If u want service I just would go anywhere else or any other location at the end of this. We typically go to the Lewisville one and by the end of this experience we regretted not driving the extra 15 minutes for it.

  Did not get an opportunity to eat here. There is a sign that states seat yourself once seated we got told that they shut the right side of the restaurant down even though everyone is seated on the right side and all the booths on the left side were filthy. The appetizers and 2 for 20 deals are dine in only. So I just left. Just go to any of the locations in Fort Worth for a better experience

  Awful service ruined what should have been a simple meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server, Isabel, was completely useless and utterly inattentive from the second we walked in. No host in sight, so we had to hunt her down, and she rudely snapped at us to “just go find a table ourselves” like we were an inconvenience. We clearly asked for water with no ice for the kids and a Coke with no ice for me — she brought both drinks swimming in ice, showing she couldn’t care less about basic requests. It took her forever to even bother taking our order, and after that she completely disappeared. She never checked on us once and ignored our empty glasses. We had to flag down another female server for refills, and she couldn’t be bothered to come back either. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings, but the last three visits have been pure garbage, especially this pathetic one at the Las Colinas location on Marketplace Blvd. The service is a total joke. I will never step foot in this place again.

  The new sweet chili heat was a hitter. The parmesan garlic is the best chain flavor of that style. Love the tvs.

  Food was not fresh, no straw for my drink (after i specifically asked), no napkins, they forgot my carrots, and I received all drums... Will NOT be coming to this location ever again for a pick up order! Needless to say my lunch was trash today.
