  Bad service. Waited in drive thru for over 30 mins and then got bad service. They cannot handle a busy drive thru. They parked everyone even with small orders. Don’t go to this Arby’s

  I ordered online and added that I would like ranch and Arby’s sauce packets. When picking up the bag had the pick up stickers sealing it so I did not open it BUT I did ask the worker who gave me my order if there was Arby’s sauce packets in the bag & i was told “yes a few were placed in the bag” fast forward to I get home.. no Arby’s sauce packets at all. Since I don’t like my beef and cheddars without extra Arby’s sauce, I went to Walmart for it since it was closer than driving alllllll the way back to Arby’s 😔 soooo check your orders before you leave.

  the stars 3 sandwich was not allowed in the drive thru? never issue before today the last day of the season

  By far the worse Arby's. I placed an order in the drive through at 8:17. They had me pull up to wait on my order. They said 3 mins. After waiting 15 mins I went inside. They was just finishing my order. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE I will never go back to this location again. This was on Friday. It's Sunday.

  Came here after the lunch rush. Staff was super helpful and friendly thanks to manager Anthony and queen. Was surprised how clean the restaurant was too. Arby’s is underrated needs to have a comeback.
