People are just walking by, seeing you standing there and the guy said excuse me I would like to place a order...she would not come to the counter but walk by and said we are close....They are open until 11:00 PM....you no if your close the doors are normally locked so customers can not come in... I said I want to file a complaint please give me the District office phone number. She said I do not have any phone numbers...she said what's your complaint... 1. Customer service is horrible, they are to busy to acknowledge you while you stand there for 10 to 15 minutes. 2. Closing a store is to lock doors no Customer aloud in. 3. The lights outside are never on when I go by very dangerous cannot see the curb.. 4. When I purchase a meal from them the fries and Hambuger have been sitting there so long it cold. 5. You have to ask for ketsup to receive so ask for it and they do not put it in your bag. I always order for 2 people my bill over 30.00 it gets old and Ihave spoken to manager before and she does not care...and tonight another guy came up to me and said the lights are always on...so you complain and your called a liar. Threw with wasting my time.. my rating for food and service and Atmosphere...0

- BCBrian ColvinSep 11, 20251.0Food is almost always old tasting. Service is always slow. Always have to pull up to a spot and wait.. then they hand you the bag, and walk off. And order has been messed up a couple times and I had to go inside to get it fixed.
