Elizabeth gets on the phone and proceeded to tell me, we will see if we can remake. It was when she said they would and I had to wait 45 min. I told her that was unacceptable we did not mess up. She proceeded to get loud and confrontational. I said, for you being a manager you are very rude. She said she was not a manager. I told her I asked for a manager not her. I requested to speak to Brad the manager. She said I was going to have to wait. She placed me on hold. I drove from my house and I was still on hold. A older man came to help me while Elizabeth was with another customer. Elizabeth chimed in and put her fingers together and told me to shut up. Brad just sat there and let her act in this manner. Elizabeth told me to leave. I didn't leave. Brad told it was God's day. I dont know why that was said. According to the reviews these two have done this before. I cant believe that Dominos is allowing this behavior from Brad and Elizabeth. Brad should NOT be a manager if he is going to allow his employees to treat a customer like this. I go there often you can look at my account. You can check the cameras and see this behavior. Something needs to be done. I would appreciate a reply so that I know my experience is noted. This was extremely embarrassing! *** Don't bother emailing anyone because its all for show Dominos does not care they have yet to contact me!!!! That is an automatic response that they do nothing about!!!!
