GREAT manager and customer service!!! Fast and friendly. We need more like this!
I had a very frustrating experience at Wendy’s. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly slow. There were only a few customers ahead of me, yet it took an unusually long time just to place my order. The staff seemed disorganized and not very attentive, and there wasn’t any clear communication about what was causing the delay.
After ordering, the wait for the food felt excessive. Other customers around me were also waiting and looking confused about how long it was taking. No one gave updates or apologized for the inconvenience, which made the situation even more disappointing. When the food finally arrived, it wasn’t even particularly fresh or hot, which made the long wait feel even less worth it.
Customer service plays a big role in the overall experience, and unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations. Slow service can happen occasionally, but the lack of urgency and communication made it worse. I hope management takes steps to improve efficiency and customer service, because based on this experience, I would hesitate to return.
Basic order took forever to make.

Ordered from this location through favor, received our food and was extremely disappointed, while the salad was apparently good, I ordered a double Dave combo and what I received looked more like Krystal or White Castle burger than what a double Dave burger IS. I will definitely go to whataburger or even a Carl’s Jr instead of ever ordering from here again
