  The smoothie are very good I had the island smoothie and it was good , but the customer service it is really bad I have work for customers service for more then 5 years know and I will never treat customers like that today at 1:50 and I had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my drink at 2:10 and more when I got in it cause she didn’t even tell me he woke him in or I would be right right with you. It wasn’t even busy. It was just three people that already had their stuff me that was gonna order and then another woman that was ordering I would already get it if it was really packed and even like that, you should never treat customer like that the cashier I think her name is Alexis g has a really really bad attitude , I had ask if I could I add apple but she didn’t respond and she just walked back to make other smoothies ,I do get that we do have had and good day but when you are lock in and set to work customer are not the reason for your bad day instead make it better so you can forget or a bit all the problems that you might have, and it took more then 15 min to get my it was my first time going it does look like a good place that I have time that I wanted to try it and that they are making one in manor but now that I see I see how they treat their customers. I don’t think I wanna go to that new location that they’re doing in manor . GOOD PLACE BUT NOT NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

  I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location, I called less than 1 minute after I realized. Not just once but 10 TIMES to see if it can get canceled. NOT helpful at ALL.

  Come to this location frequently always greeted with very poor customer service and unfriendly staff members. When I order an açai bowl I’m always given smaller portions compared to any other location I’ve ever been to. Staff members act like they don’t want to serve you.

  The portion is surprisingly big. The smoothie sweetness level is on point and the waiting time is very reasonable
