  I went Tuesday night to get a chili cheese dog. when I got home there was a WAD OF HAIR in it. I can tell by the tip of the hair it came from a hair extension or wig. My hair is natural. This was NO accident. this was definitely intentional. I called and spoke to a manager. I drove back to Sonic and brought the food back. I showed the manager my hair and pointed the wad of hair in the food. Both managers where disgusted and saw it wasnt my hair. I got my full refund back. I told them this was no accident- it was INTENTIONAL. They said they'd remake the food- i said hell no. I dont trust it. When I asked for the GM email or District Manager email- there is no email. I did report them to WILCO health. Quiet frankly they need to be shut down AVOID THIS DISGUSTING HEALTH HAZARD AT ALL COSTS ** * Click the picture tab- you'll see the picture of the food I posted***

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Sonic due a server named Monique. Not only was my food brought out cold, but my drink order was also completely wrong. When I politely asked Monique to change the drink, she was incredibly rude and flat-out refused to fix the mistake. ​It’s disappointing to receive both poor food quality and such dismissive, unprofessional service. I hope management takes steps to address this, as I won't be coming back to this location if this is how customers are treated.

  Sonic is a good place for take out orders. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
