In the past, I’ve ordered three hours in advance and still didn't receive my food. This time, my order was canceled without notice after I was told it was on its way, and I’m now in a position where I have to follow up just to secure a refund. The most disappointing part was the communication; when I tried to call for an update, the phone was repeatedly hung up or left off the hook. While I’ve found that management is very helpful at resolving issues the next day, the service during peak hours makes it difficult to remain a customer. By comparison, Buffalo Wild Wings on Gattis School Rd was very accommodating and professional despite the holiday rush. We’ve decided to move our future business to that location.

I came of course after the time the food would be ready and I cannot get down cuz I have 2 small children in the vehicle. So inconvenient to have to pack up my children to get looked over by a gentleman and woman clearly seeing me looking at me. By the time the gentleman gives me my food he pulls a bag that has Been sitting there. My fries of course are cold and I cannot wait for new ones. No apologies for the wait or nothing. I liked This Wingstop cuz the drive through window but this time it has most definitely let me down.
