First, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone, which was unusual compared to past visits. On top of that, my order was wrong. I ordered my usual — the hummus veggie wrap — which has always been just vegetables. Instead, it came with chicken inside. This made the meal completely inedible for me, and it’s frustrating because this is one of the few items I consistently rely on here. After years of good experiences, it was disheartening to have such a basic mistake happen, paired with the lack of customer service. I truly hope this was just an off night, but it left me questioning the consistency and attention to detail at this location.
