  This 5 star review is for Employee Mike P & Mike P only. I came here the night of New Years as a last second decision & because mcdonalds was the only fast food open until 12am for whatever reason. Waited in the driver through line for over an hour, cars in front of me sat for 10+min then drove away. I get to the speaker with no response which i had no problem with because i decided to come here late and i assumed they were busy. After placing a mobile order i pulled forward to the window to check if anyone is working. I see only one employee working and he is calm and focused handling what he can handle considering the rush of impatient customers. Mike walks up to the window and asks how he can help us we told him our order number and he was very quick and efficient with our service. Not sure what they’re paying him but its definitely not enough with how he managed the whole store with the new years rush all by himself. But anyways mcdonalds food is McDonalds food but the service from this employee was superior.

  The worst fast food service ever. Wait times are ridiculously long and the food looks just thrown together. It’s the closest Mc’Donalds to my house, so I’ve tried to give it a chance. You may as well just go to a sit down restaurant elsewhere.

  Gave me the wrong food, AFTER 40 mins wait. My food was cold when I received it. I did not bother to ask them to change it. I wasn't gonna waste another minute at this place. Really?? I've never had fast food that takes 40 minutes. Don't get me wrong. It is possible If they are short staffed and there are a bunch order, I get it. No, this location, at least when I went were stacked with people in the kitchen. They are just very disorganized after I observed them, and honestly they don't look like they care. They don't know which orders are dine in, which orders are mobile, which orders are drive through. Tickets are all over the place. What a disappointment. Avoid this location if you can, and save yourself a miserable trip.

  You are saying a picture of a burger, we didn't order by the way as they gave us the wrong one, with no MEAT! Gives a while new meaning to "Where's the fake beef?" When my husband went up for the second time, because no one would answer the phone, he told them they gave him the wrong order, he tried to give them the wrong order back (with the meatless burger) to which he was told "We don't need that back". Well he waited for almost an hour for the replacement and only got it after going inside. When he went inside the last there argued with him and said "We need the other bag of food or we cannot give you what you ordered". She argued with him and actually got mad at him! He was just trying to get out son the correct order. This location is a joke! They don't care about quality, service or anything else for that matter. I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school and I will say Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave! Get it together people!!! It's not that hard to give decent food, give good service and treat people with some respect!!!!!!!!

  NEGATIVE 10!! Worst experience! Went to the drive through to get my online order, they told me I had to go inside. So I did. Once I was there they told me I could not get my food and that I had to go back to the drive through to pick up. What!? The manager didn’t do a thing to help. She just went to sit down and chatter with her friend. Don’t care at all! I waited inside for 30 minutes before I was actually given my food. Never again will we go here. NO ONE SHOULD!
