When I picked up my order the next morning, again it was Jay that assisted me and she was absolutely courteous and professional, and she made me aware of Einstein Brothers various offerings and services in addition to ensuring that my order was accurate and timely. She is an excellent representation of that local locations’ professionalism and commitment to customer service - and we are now committed to continually ordering from the Hutto Einstein Brothers location on a weekly basis because the food was a hit with our team and again the service was first class. Thank you Hutto team and thank you Jay! Oh - and by the way absolutely no AI was used to write this review.

Not including the gal with a million piercings in her face was so RUDE! Like why be in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude.
